Day 7 - Reflection & Weekly ResetπŸŒ™

Today it's time for reflection and a weekly reset — a moment to empty your mind, look back at the first week of the advent calendar, and set fresh intentions for the week ahead.

Before we jump into planning, take a breath and give yourself space to reflect on how this first week has felt for you.

 But first:

It’s a gentle sound that supports deep relaxation, reflection, and feeling more present in your body. Perfect for your reset moment.

 

✨ Weekly Reset

Now that you’ve reflected, it’s time to clear your head and get ready for a new week.

Step 1 — Empty your mind (2 minutes)

Write down everything that comes up for you —
tasks, worries, plans, reminders, thoughts, emotions, things you still “should” do…
Let it all out on paper. No organising yet.

 

Step 2 — Sort your thoughts

Take your list and place everything into one of these four categories:

Must do — important and needs to happen this week

Nice to do — optional, uplifting, but not urgent

Let go — things that are not yours to carry, or don't matter as much as you thought

Plan later — good ideas, but not for this week

This step creates calm and clarity. 

 

Step 3 — Choose your Big 3 for the week

Pick three things that matter most — the things that will move you forward, bring you closer to what you want, or simply support your wellbeing.

These are your non-negotiable focus points for the week.

 

⭐ Step 4: Set Your Intention for the Week

After choosing your Big 3, take a moment to set an intention — the energy or mindset you want to bring into the new week.

What is an intention?

It’s a guiding theme that helps you stay aligned when things get busy.
Not a goal — but a feeling, attitude, or focus you want to grow.

How to find your intention

Ask yourself:

How do I want to feel this week?

What energy do I want to carry with me?

What mindset will support me the most?

 

Examples: Calmness, Focus, Joy, Self-compassion, Confidence, Presence, Consistency

Write down your weekly intention..

Choose one word or short sentence that will guide your actions and help you reset throughout the week.

 

Day 8 - It's time to dance!

Day 10 - A new layer of Calm

 

For nine days, you’ve shown up for yourself with just five minutes of meditation — and that’s already a big step. Your mind now knows this pause, your breath knows the way.

Today, we gently build on that.
You’ll still start with your familiar 5-minute practice, but tonight we add something new: a short evening meditation.

Because maybe you know this feeling…
You get into bed, but your mind stays awake.
Thoughts keep spinning, planning, replaying — exactly when you want to rest.

Tonight, we change that.

This evening practice helps you close your day, slow down your thoughts, and give your body permission to soften.

You’ve already proven you can show up for five minutes — now we expand, gently and with ease.

Tonight, you end your day with calm, so you can begin tomorrow with lightness.

Today we’re going to learn a new choreo to really bring the Christmas spirit into your home. And if you’re an instructor, you can even use this one in your own class!

Today is extra special… because I added a class with someone very important to me. I met her in 2023 in the craziest way 🀯 and with her help, I’ve been able to see, learn, and grow so much over the past two years.

Day 13 - Selfcare!

Today it's time for YOU!

πŸŒ… Morning – gentle start & recharge

  • Begin with something that helps you wake up softly: breathing exercises, meditation, or light stretching.

  • Choose a breakfast that makes you feel good (fruit, smoothie, warm drink).

  • Create a calming atmosphere with music, candles, or fresh air.

  • Do a small skincare or self-care step (mask, facial massage, hydration). 

  • Take a moment to set your intention for the day (in your mind or through journaling).

🌀 Afternoon – balance & comfort

  • Do something creative or relaxing: drawing, reading, journaling, puzzles (if you did'nt make the puzzle from day 3)

  • Get some fresh air with a short walk or simply spend a moment outside (try our meditation walk video)

  • Treat yourself to a nice snack or make something tasty (or the cookies from day 6!)

  • Choose an activity that refills your energy — a show, music, or quiet time.

  • Take a warm shower or bath with a peaceful ambiance.

  • Enjoy an extended body-care or skincare routine if you feel like it.

  • Eat something warm and comforting (simple is perfect).

  • Create a cozy evening with a movie, series, soft lights, or candles.

  • End with something calming: journaling, a relaxing scent, breathing exercises, or gentle stretching.

  • Head to bed at a comfortable time so you can end the day feeling grounded and relaxed.

It's time to move your coach and start your day active with a Zumba class! This time with a very special person. The one who introduced me to the Zumba world!

I was 15 years old when I did my Zumba training thanks to my mother.
She said, “I’ll pay for the training, but you do the rest.”
And yes… I did it!
To this day, I am still deeply grateful to her.

Put your phone away, go offline for a moment, and allow yourself to simply be.

Come back to the questions from Day 1.
Read them again, but now through the lens of experience.

1. How do I feel now — and how does that compare to how I wanted to feel this month?
Look at the feelings you chose at the beginning.
Do you notice them showing up, even in small moments?
If not, what might help you invite them in more consciously during these last days?

2. What is one thing I’ve been doing for myself — and how can I support myself even better?
Did your habit stay consistent?
Did it feel nourishing or did it need adjusting?
What small shift could make it easier or more enjoyable to continue?

3. What am I still holding onto that I could gently let go of now?
Notice any thoughts, pressures or patterns that have been lingering.
Is there something you’re ready to release — even just a little — to create more space and ease?

4. Does my “why” still feel true — or does it need an update?
Reconnect with the reason you joined this calendar.
